Windows 10: Microsoft Office 16 slows computer

Does Office 16 slow your computer down, especially the boot time?

virus - little black box appears on screen

I submitted a question earlier - computer is running slow, and lately, very quickly I see this little black box appear. I now know what the little box says. It pops up random, and it read microsoft office - root 16 and a few other words, something microsoft
office. Is this a virus within Microsoft???

Unexplain System Activities

Password for my computer log-on was reset to my Microsoft acct. password. My on-screen logon screen info. includes my picture, my name and my Microsoft acct. email address. I must log-on using my Microsoft acct. password.

After my last update installation and my computer reboots;

On-screen logon screen Info. no longer list my Microsoft email address; only my name and picture(ID) remain. I was able to log-on using either of my original computer log-on password or, my Microsoft acct. password.

While working in Xcel, the program would suddenly restart; sometime I would lose my unsaved information; the would restart; I lose no data or, my Sculpt Mouse freezes.

Is there anything in my resent Windows and Security updates I should worry about?
