Windows 10: Microsoft Office 2016 and 2019, WPS Office and other apps delay/lag in ribbon!

Heyo! I have an Acer Aspire 5 A1514-52KG with 4gb RAM, MX130 and 1TB HDD. I'm currently running on Windows Insider 20H2. Microsoft Office, WPS Office and other apps that have ribbon tend to lag/delay at first run.

The things I tried so far:

Disable Sysmain Disable Windows Search Adjustments of Virtual Memory (even turning it off) Update Nvidia and Intel Drivers (even downloading thru manufacturer's site) Reset Windows PC Installed 2016 and 2019 (tried 32bit and 64bit no luck) Installed WPS (hoping there's no lag but it lags on the ribbon) Installed AutoCAD (lag/delay is even there) Switched from AHCI to Optane without RAID and vice versa Updated drivers Clean install Windows 2004 Clean install Windows 20H2 Installed all default drivers Updated all drivers Updated BIOS and even tried all BIOS version for my PC Turned on performance mode (disabled visual effects) Turned on high performance mode

One thing I've noticed is that my father's laptop it even lags there and has the same delay and symptoms. All apps that has ribbon seems to be affected. My friends who have lowers specs than mine have smoother experience like the ribbon is quick as lightning. No delays or lags. Any suggestions? I also experienced drastic increases of Disk Usage even there are no apps running like System (ntoskrnl) have 0.1mb of usage but shows 100% disk usage but even the PC shows 1% disk usage after settling down the apps who have ribbon still even lags af. I need help so badly I have already tried all of the methods in the internet.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

So Microsoft is planning on supporting Office 2016 after ending support for Office 2019?

My understanding from reading else where that MS plan to stop supporting Office 2019 the same day they stop supporting Office 2016. I wonder if that a sign that Office 2019 will be the final one time pay version and after that office 365 will be the only option.
