Windows 10: Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel Class not registered on server

i have a powershell script which convertes csv to pdf using Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel in a formatted manner.the code works fine on my loca.. but when we moved the code to staging server. its throwing Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel Class not registered error on server

Microsoft office 2007 primary interop assemblies

i have Office 365 installed on my computer in doing latest update i saw this "app" Microsoft office 2007 primary interop assemblies. Can i safely remove this program/app

Help with office 2016

"To register Adodb.dll in the GAC, follow these steps:

• Click Start and then click Run.
• In the Run dialog box, type the following command, and then click OK: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\gacutil /i C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NET\Primary Interop Assemblies\adodb.dll"

Typing the first command as mentioned in the site gets me this message. What do i do now??
