Windows 10: Microsoft Office - small issues since re-downloading

I recently added a new 2TB SSD to my PC and moved a bunch of stuff around last night. This morning I realized I had gotten rid of Office before moving it to my new drive. I downloaded it all again this morning and realized a couple small changes. I use Outlook for my work email and, while dark mode is still available, the checkbox to make email backgrounds dark is now missing? Also I have had a Logitech G502 for a while now and have always been able to scroll left or right on Excel by pressing my mousewheel to the left or right. Now that no longer works, as well. Any ideas on what might have happened or how to fix this? Thanks!

Personnaly, I use Open Office 3. But alot of folks use M$ Office 2007.

2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 1 (SP1) Ready for Download

The 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 1 delivers important customer-requested stability and performance improvements, while incorporating further enhancements to user security. This service pack also includes all of the updates released for the 2007 Office suite prior to December of 2007. You can get a more complete description of SP1, including a list of issues that were fixed, in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 936982: Description of the 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 1. Service Pack 1 will install even if a publicly available update has already been installed on your computer.
