    Microsoft Online Store: Library Issue

I've run into a situation with one of my Microsoft accounts.

When I open the Store app. click on the three dots and select "My Library" all I see after a short wait is the following message: "Add some apps. There's nothing in your Library". This account is the one I use the most and is associated with my Surface Pro 7 and has been with my all the way back to my first Surface device Surface Pro 3.

I know that there are plenty of apps in the library. I've used the library in the past to reload apps after either using the recovery drive, or a reset.

    For troubleshooting:

. While in the store, I logged out of the account and then logged into one of my other two accounts and checked the library. The library for this other account contains apps. I logged back out of this second account and logged back into the first account. The library is empty.

. I then switched to my other computer Surface Laptop 1. I checked the library and it contained the apps that I expected to be in there. I then logged out of the account and logged in with the account associated with my first device my SP7. I checked the Library again....Empty! I logged out of the SP7's account and logged back in with the SL1's account. The library had the apps.

So, I know that the problem is not with the physical hardware. It is a problem the account.

I called into Microsoft Support. I spent over 90 minutes being cold transferred from group to group, explaining the problem over & over...only to be disconnected shortly after the 90 minute threshold.

What little I can find on this particular subject points towards Microsoft needing to do something on it's end to get the apps back into the library. Unfortunately, the people I spoke with during the 90 minute call didn't seem to know how to handle this trouble, or which group in Customer Service needed to address the problem in the first place.

Are there any suggestions on how to proceed with this?

    :)

  3. Duplicate Music Library Sign Windows 10

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft community.

I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

Can you check if both the folders contain all the music that you need?

Where the original files are saved so that we can troubleshoot this issue further?
