Windows 10: Microsoft Partner Centre application has been rejected for reasons I have addressed

My Microsoft Partner Centre application has been rejected for two reasons I believe I have addressed several times.I contacted Support Partners at Microsoft, and was told I needed to raise a ticket. I did so with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** twelve days ago the support confirmation email I received quoted an ETA of '8': I don't know whether this is hours or days.Here are the two items that are failing my application:"10.2.10 SecurityA security prompt with the message, "Windows Protected Your PC. Microsoft Defender Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app may put

MIcrosoft Store review team keep rejecting my application

I have application which is posted in Microsoft store. I am trying to give an update to it, like UI and stuff but I keep being rejecting and with most absurd reasons and reasons vary all the time.
I was laughing hard when I was rejected because of the app navigation saying it was not intuitive...seriously? like I followed guidelines of Microsoft and they reject their own guidelines and from when Microsoft review team became users of mine? I am having good sales and stuff with 0 negative reviews and for whatever reason you keep rejecting my app for most absurd reasons I have never met in my life.
Furthermore you don't give any specifics on how to fix it, you just reject with some vague reason and that's it.
I can't understand for what your review team is being paid? to give rejection reviews and live happily after? I NEED SPECIFICS .

You are far behind Google or Apple developer programs and I can now understand why.

 

Microsoft store rejecting shipping address

Hi all,

I've been trying to purchase the Surface Book 2 on the Microsoft store. The problem is, I'm from Australia, and the shipping address I'm providing to Microsoft keeps being rejected; it tells me the address is invalid. I live there and can confirm that it
is not invalid. I've called the support line and the woman on the other end promised to give me a result within 12 hours. 48 hours later and I've heard nothing. I've tried creating it as a new address in my microsoft account, but the address is rejected there
too. I've also tried changing my region at the bottom of the microsoft page, under the change language pane, but there is no option for Australia there. Is there ANY solution to my problem? I am becoming increasingly p***ed off and running out of ideas to
combat the problem.

EDIT: SOLVED-- called customer service, and got someone useful. Shipped within the time period expected.

 

Uninstall Microsoft Keyboard And Mouse Centre (Missing)

I have started getting errors with the Microsoft Keyboard And Mouse Centre, tried to re-install it but can't because the software is already on my machine. If I try to run it though, nothing happens. When I try to uninstall it either via Control Panel>Programs & Features, or with IObit Uninstaller, the program is not listed.
Tried a system restore, but that did not help either.
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
