    Microsoft Phone on Windows 10


    When I attempt to reconfigure it used to work and stopped working a couple of updates ago, I am told my e-mail is in use by someone else. Has it occurred to Microsoft this is the same e-mail I've used with Microsoft for 15 years and I doubt anyone else has jumped in and started using it in another month?


    I found an article on the Microsoft site to configure the app on my phone. I can only find configuration settings in the configure apps of the phone. I can not nor does a search find the actual app.


    It was useful before when it only thought my phone and PC were on different networks. They are not. I only have one network now. And my PC and my phone are both using it.

    PC: HP running Windows 10

    Phone: Samsung Note 10+ with ATT


    Both are running the latest updaes.

    it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

    Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
