Windows 10: Microsoft Photos Build 2022.31060.3004.0 Printer errors

Microsoft Photos Build 2022.31060.3004.0 fails to use Epson or Adobe PDF printer drivers. Both Devices cause an Event Viewer entry of "Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 5. Access is denied." These drivers work perfectly in every other application which does printing... Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, Windows Explorer.exe context menu print. The previous Build of Microsoft Photos worked perfectly. About 2 weeks ago there was an update for Microsoft Photos Windows 11 Insider and this error occurred since.

Can't share printer—getting error message

Step 3: Pick up some beer while you are there.
Step 4: Enjoy both your new printer and your beer.

In all seriousness, I have had more issues with Lexmark printers and their shitty drivers then any other manufacturer, HP is a close second though.

However, if you don't want to get a new printer*Laugh :laugh:, and I can understand that, when my Lexmark was giving me the same troubles in Win7(and Vista) I had to make sure the Windows firewall was ON and the firewall service was enabled and running. After I shared it I could re-disable the firewall and firewall services.

It could be the driver is not installed properly or has got corrupted. We would like to ask for additional information. Please provide the following:

• Which build of Windows 10 are you using? To know about it, hit
  Start, type Winver and then press
  Enter. You could also press Windows Key + R, type
  Winver into the
  Run dialog and press Enter.
• Aside from installing the printer device, were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
