  1. Microsoft Photos Images Turn Black Reversed / Negative

Some JPG images I receive look fine as a thumbnail but when they open in Photos they turn black or reversed or negative. Not sure of the exact word. When it opens they appear correctly for a brief second and then turn black. Any suggestions? This happens on two of my computers. I've forwarded the image to others and it opens fine on their computers. ThumbnailImage in Photos

No brightness control_some images shown negative image

Brand new computer, installed version of Windows 10 Pro shows an extremely white washed out screen and many images (not all) are shown with colors reversed as in a negative image. There is no brightness control that I can find. Any suggestions?

Printing Reverses (Negative rather than postive)

My wife just bought a new Windows 10 laptop. I installed our Brother HL-L2360D monotone laser printer using the Windows driver. Everything prints reverse (negative) image, that is, everything that ought to be white is black and everything that ought to
be black is white. When I downloaded and installed the Brother driver we can get it to print correctly by checking the "reverse print" box in the printer properties window. I conclude from this that there is a setting somewhere in Windows that is set improperly,
but I have looked through all the "settings" and "properties" options I can find in Windows and I cannot find any that even mention reverse printing or negative printing. Any help would be appreciated.

Close all open windows and restart the computer to login to a different user account to test if that helps.

Also suggest you to use Internet Explorer to check if that helps. Ensure to update the Adobe program so that you have the updated software installed on the PC to check if that helps.
