Windows 10: Microsoft Pin

I tried to log onto Microsoft to install Office 2019, it's asking for PIN which I do not have. I have a password which I tried, but it did not work. I tried following the directions to reset my PIN but it's not working. How can I get a new PIN so I can install Office 2019?

Microsoft Account PIN and password

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
