    Microsoft Puzzle Keeps Freezing


    What is going on with Microsoft puzzles?? For the past few days it has been freezing and you are forced to exit and go back in which works for awhile but then freezes again. Annoying!!

    Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles - How to re-look at solved puzzles

    You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

    Method: Check last played game.

    1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
    2. Search for My account and you will see images below
      My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

    I need know why the puzzle keeps on freezing on me while playing it is very annoying, plus it freezes when the adds freeze up as well.

    please fix this problem and get more puzzles.

    There are several reasons why the puzzles were not uploaded to your Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collection. It may be due to server connection errors or you need to reset Windows Store. To resolve your concern, you may perform the following solutions on your
    computer:

    Solution 1. Check for new game updates on Windows Store by following the steps on this

    link    .

    Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear the store cache.

    • Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
    • Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
    • Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

    Solution 3. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps by going to this

    link     and clicking the Run troubleshooter button.
