    Windows 10 Insider Preview 19041.1 installation stalls at 61%

    This is known issue and MS is working on it.

    Quote from build 19041 release announcement:

    We’re looking into reports of the update process hanging for extended periods of time when attempting to install a new build.

    edit - a few Neowin-ers seem to have encountered some problems with build 19041 (see the comments section there).
