Windows 10: Microsoft Safety Scanner Issue

When I run a full scan with Microsoft Safety Scanner, the scan window before the scan finishes indicates there are 22 infected files. When the scan completes and the window appears with the results, it states no viruses, spyware or unwanted software were found. Why the contradiction?

Microsoft Safety Scanner - Free Virus Scan with the Microsoft Safety Scanner


I've run several scans with a couple other programs and they found nothing.
It loaded fine today using firefox.

Apparently I'm the only one having this issue?

 

Need help/suggestions to remove this virus. Microsoft Safety Scanner was suggested and tried but it could not remove one

which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.
