Windows 10: Microsoft Safety Scanner shows Infected File but after Scan Shows Everything is Protected

Hello I have used Microsoft Safety Scanner and the program has discovered two infected files when scanning as shown in the picture, and the problem is that when the program finished scanning indicated that the scan was successful,and no virus was discovered, although two files were discovered infected during the scan! as in the picture.how to remove the two infected files! Thank you in advance.



Note: The screenshot's was taken at the same time that the two infected files were discovered. appxbundle->CordovaApp.Windows10 as shown in the picture.

Update Issue Safety Scanner

If you are using Windows Defender, you won't need Safety Scanner, as Windows Defender contains all malwares which are in Safety Scanner list and it has additional protection like cloud-protection, just make sure it is update and run a full system scan with
it.

Do you have access to those files which has been detected with ESET?

Could you post back the list of malware?
