Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse won't connect

My Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse worked yesterday without any issue but today it won't connect. I have tried the following:


- Turn laptop off and on

- Turn mouse off and on

- Removed device under bluetooth settings and tried to add device but never appeared

- Removed device under Device Manager

- Turned bluetooth on and off

- Connected mouse to other devices easily

- Connected other bluetooth devices to laptop easily

- Added new batteries

- Checked for driver updates (no drivers)

- Ran troubleshoot for bluetooth and hardware


Any other suggestions?

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in accessing Sculpt Comfort Mouse on Windows 10.

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated drivers, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall the mouse drivers.

• Right click on Windows key,
  select Device Manager.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click on each of the drivers and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 2: Manually install the mouse drivers from the link below.

  Have you tried to uninstall the
  Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse driver first before installing the latest one?

  Did you make any changes on your laptop before
  reconnecting the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse?

Microsoft wireless display will be disconnected when connect with Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse(bluetooth mouse)

Hello,

When I connect my windows 10 laptop with Microsoft wireless display adapter V2
, mirror my PC's screen , everything goes fine.

But when I turn on my Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse and connect with my laptop , after 2 - 3 minutes screen mirroring , wireless display will be disconnected, or wifi icon on the taskbar will show red X or become restricted .

My laptop works just fine only connect with Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse.

the Driver of Display adapters and Wireless Network adapter is up to date.

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse and Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse was removed and then reconnected.

Could anyone tell me how to solve the problem ?
