    Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard for Business


    The end-users Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard was working consistently. I updated the Windows 10 21H1 update to fix another issue. Then their keyboard quits working intermittently. I replaced the batteries, it worked again for a short time. After approximately 45-60 seconds it quit working again. Unseating and reseating the batteries gets it working for 45-60 seconds. To troubleshoot I have done the followingUpdated driversinstall the Microsoft mouse/keyboard center Mouse and Keyboard Center download microsoft.comReplaced batteriesReplaced with a known good keyboard. I have an old Micros

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

    Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

    In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.
