Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

I bought this mouse 10 May 2017 from Officeworks Australia in the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Combo Set for $148 and absolutely love the design. However, the wheel now doesn't work at all and neither the left nor right click buttons work as of today. I have been very careful to keep the mouse clean and have never been rough with it so I am disappointed that it is now unusable. For this price, I expected better. Is there any way to get the mouse fixed?

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. What is the make and model of your system?
   
2. Was there any major change on your system prior to which you were able to use the mouse without any issues?
   
3. Does the issue with the mouse occur when it is used on a different system?
   

I would suggest you to update the driver for your mouse under ‘Mice and other pointing devices’. You can follow the steps in this article on ‘Update
drivers in Windows 10’ and uninstall the mouse driver.

Kindly restart the system and check if this worked out for you.

New Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

My previous Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse has the rubber on the side coming off. Purchased a new mouse, same kind. Now the new mouse works fine but now the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard is not working. Will the new ergonomic mouse work with my 'old'
ergonomic keyboard? If so, what do I need to do?
