    Don't understand the reference 'for phone' ? My Nokia is too old for 10 let alone being an insider for it. Otherwise an insider from the beginning. Thanks for your tutorial never the less.

    I mean the page for Win10 PC is blank, but the one for Win10 Phones is not blank. Of course it just sends one to the Store site for the app, to install 10, and the one for PC's is the actual MCT download site.

    I found a way to open the page.
    open up the F12 tools, go to emulation, and set it to IE10:
