Discus and support Microsoft Solitaire Collection/Store not connecting to Internet. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; For the last one week I could not open Microsoft Solitaire Collection.     Microsoft Solitaire Collection/Store not connecting to Internet.


    For the last one week I could not open Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Whenever I open the application, it says "There is problem downloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. FAQ at FAQ Archive - Microsoft Casual Games and refer to error code 101_107_1, When I tried to open Store application also, the message comes stating that "you are not connected to Internet". However my internet connection is OK, and is working nicely.

    > Run add/remove and uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    > Go to STORE and download Microsoft Solitaire Collection and install

    > Run add/remove and uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    > Go to STORE and download Microsoft Solitaire Collection and install

    > Run add/remove and uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    > Go to STORE and download Microsoft Solitaire Collection and install

    Hello Nancy,

    We would like to inform you that in Windows 10 all the games comes in a app called Microsoft Solitaire collection. Games like FreeCell, Solitaire, Hearts, etc., is included in the app. To find the app, Click on Start menu
    and click on All apps and search for Microsoft Solitaire collection.

    You can play the games without internet connection by login in as a Guest. If you login with Microsoft Account in the app then you will need Internet Connection to play the games.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection/Store not connecting to Internet.

    I had the 107 error message when trying to download themes for Solitaire what fixed it for me was going into IE settings>advanced>security settings & ticking use SSL 2 & SSL 3.
