Windows 10: microsoft solitaire collection

the adds in these games keep making my system hang. Can anyone help me get rid of these pesky things? (Without Paying)!

Deleted Games

Are you referring to "Microsoft Solitaire Collection"?

If you uninstalled "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" you should be able to search the Store for "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" and install it. I just tested that.

 

Simple, If you don't like the adverts that pay for the development of the game - Don't play the game

 

Hi in what why do they make your system hang.
If it is the ad that seems to hang just make sure you have not got your cursor showing where your ad is, as I found that problem I just now make sure that it is too one side and so far no trouble since.

Solitaire starts, I can select my game, the ad plays, then when ad is done, solitaire exits on an error. Reload the game, watch the ad again, and there is a 50/50 chance I can proceed to play the hand. Repeat until hand is complete. If after selecting the next game, no ad is displayed, things work normally. Eventually another ad is displayed, program crashes again and the process repeats itself.

This behavior began with the update to CU.

Problem same as billt4g above.

I play Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC) daily challenges. 3 days ago the challenges would not load seemingly hung up by the advert that would usually play on full screen before the game's final load. Instead of the advert, I would see a white screen with a Lock in the upper hand corner, and a Speaker in the lower right. The white screen would not clear regardless of how long I left it.

I googled the problem, and learned that resetting the App would help. Tried that, short success until problem returned a few minutes later.

Thinking the problem occurred shortly after Windows 10 Update kb3150513, I uninstalled same and tried again. Short success then problem returns a few minutes later. Reset again, same issue.

Uninstalled MSC, and reinstalled from Microsoft store. Worked for a few minutes, then white screen has returned.

Running out of options.

Any ideas?
