Windows 10: Microsoft Solitare Collection Issues

I have two problems to report,


1. I have a paid subscription to Microsoft Solitare collection and play the daily challenges every day on my Windows 10, also have the game on an Android phone. Even though I have the Microsoft Launcher and Xbox app on the phone I always get adds after playing the game a couple of times and it has been getting quite annoying since I have a paid subscription so I assume that since I have a paid subscription and have the Xbox app on my phone and the Microsoft launcher which logs me into all of my Microsoft services on my Android phone that this would also apply to the solitaire game since it is on my account, why would I also have to have a paid subscription on my phone? Why do I have to put up with the annoying adds on a game that I am paying for, should not my credentials be sufficient for me to enjoy the paid benefits I have on my Windows 10?


Another issue I am having also with the game is that today my computer crashed several times and it seems to be associated with the game since every time I click on the game shortcut it crashes my laptop. I cleared all the game data, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I am still having the same issue so what is the problem here?

My previous program permitted restoring historical results to zero. Can't find how to do it on Windows 10.

 

Microsoft solitare collection is not working

I have premium Microsoft solitare collection installed on my computer. (I paid for it) fOR THE LAST 4 DAYS IT WILL NOT LOAD

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 when I try to open Microsoft Solitare Collection it crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still crashes. Other than that everything is working fine.
