    Microsoft Solitare experience


    I have been playing the various difficulty levels of Microsoft Solitaire Klondike on windows 10 for a while. I have come to believe that the only level that is fair to play is RANDOM. There is a note with RANDOM that says "Random decks may be unsolvable" To me, since this is the only level that is unsolvable, it implies that all the other difficulty level are solvable. If you are smart enough. I have played the GRANDMASTER level many times and have been able to solve it only a few times. But many times when I can't solve it, it is obvious to me that it unsolvable no matter how it was played. I have played thousands of the RANDOM levels and have been able to win about 50% of the time. We know that there are many deals that are unsolvable according to experts and my own results. So what is the point is trying to play a game that has been preselected as unsolvable? To me it is a waste of time. That is why I believe the only one that it is worth playing is RANDOM. RANDOM is also free.

    Microsoft Solitare Collection Issues

    I tried all of the steps here which prior to this I had reset the Windows Store as well as Microsoft Solitare Collection so I did it again by first trying steps 1 & 2 but this did not resolve the problem so I also did the other steps in your instructions
    and this did not resolve the issue either. Every time I open the app after a fraction of a second it crashes my computer. I am thinking of refreshing Windows but I would like to know if you have other suggestions instead.
