Windows 10: Microsoft Solitire collection

I play Spider Solitaire. I hve plyed over 11,000 Random games. During that time I found how to record my games, and reached spider Grandmaster status. Presently at status 196. ,, At some point earlier today something happened, and the Solitaire Collection vanished. When I got it back it had erased all my games and was starting me again at game 1.simple.


I would like to regain my original position. With Xbox, it asks for my password, and the gives me the password minus the centre letters. Asks me to complete. I recognise the password and womplete the missing letters and numbers. But Xbox keeps saying it is incorrect.


What can I do. I am a very old man, with NO computer knowledge AT ALL, and any solution must be VERY simple with very few movements. I wish it could be done internally by the company, but I haveno idea how do do it. Below it asks me questions that I do not understand . I have to select one item or it wont print my text just written and itsprobably the wrong one.I nee d help badly. Thank you ..

Yes this update: Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 fr x64-based systems (KB4023057) Successfully installed on 1/19/18

This started happening on Saturday 1/20/18

This is only happening with Microsoft Solitaire Colletion

I don't know any troubleshooting steps to try?
