Windows 10: Microsoft Store 0x800704C6

I'm trying to install games from the Microsoft Store Game Pass onto my PC but I am always getting the same error 0x800704C6. My Windows 10 version is 20H2. A few days ago I installed Forza Horizon 4 and that worked fine, but since then I cant install anything. I have more than enough memory, NAT is Open and the Xbox Server connectivity is "connected".

Games I tried and failed to download:

• Microsoft Flight Simulator (Standard)
• Train Sim World 2020
• Age of Empires 1,2 & 3 Definitive Edition
• Ori and the Will of the Wisps

What I have tried so far:

• Using a VPN
• Uninstalling my VPN
• Uninstalling Forza (I could install it again with no problem)
• Resetting network settings
• WSReset (Admin)
• Resetting Microsoft store app in settings
• Running store troubleshooter in settings
• Downgrading to the Windows version before 20H2
• Reinstalling Windows store with PowerShell (Admin)
• "dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" command in CMD (Admin)
• Uninstalling Kaspersky Internet Security
• Updating router firmware
• Modified date and time settings
• Performed a clean boot
• Deleting TEMP files
• Running CClean
• Turning off Windows Defender
• Login out and logging back in again in the Windows Store, Xbox app and Xbox companion app
• Contacting Xbox and Microsoft support, was talking to them for 3-4 days including remote sessions and it resulting in the experts saying "Wait for the next Windows update, we have no idea lol"

None of these things worked. Rebooted every time.

Please help, I haven't slept in 5 days

Windows store error 0x800704C6

The problem code 0x800704c6 is a problem with detecting network connectivity. That's odd since the store actually added OneNote to the list of apps needed to be updated while the existing queued updates were refusing to be updated do to this error. Then,
also the OneNote update would report this error code. It sais "Acquiring licences" then it sais "Check your internet connection. See details" which will show the error code 0x800704c6.

I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter, the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and wsreset, then rebooted. After reboot, apps updated quickly and seamlessly after I opened the store, clicked my portrait and picked "Downloads and updates".

Windows store error 0x800704C6

After the last update I am now getting a new error in the Windows store when I go to update apps. The error code is 0x800704C6.

WSRESET didn't fix it.

I ran the windows store apps troubleshooter, and that came back with nothing.

I am not sure what to do next.

Is this a common issue like the last windows store error I was having?

I am running a surface pro 3 if needed.
