Windows 10: microsoft store absolutely broke please help.

my app store has been broke for ages. the install button is unresponsive and does nothing. i try to run wsreset and it hangs, i reset the stores data and nothing happens, i ran scripts on powershell to reinstall the app store and they dont work, ive ran loads of trouble shooters and all i got was that they couldnt identify the problem, i tried SFC /Scannow, and DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth and it didint work. I cant use the media creation tool as it says i cant save my apps and data because im trying to downgrade or whatever, the thing is though, that the bug changes, its either that the install button can be clicked but does nothing, the install button is grey and cant be clicked at all or the install button works, but the game is stuck on starting download, i am trying to download minecraft windows 10 edition on my new pc, which i already did but the game wouldnt open so i uninstalled it and here i am, ive tried everything and im so fed up of it, could i please get some help? thanks.

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
