Windows 10: Microsoft store app still does not work and I even signed in online

The window opens and it's blank. No picture. I went online and signed in at this site and same issue. Can't download. I also get the picture below. It doesn't report the problem!


No way will I reset this computer again. This is the second time I have dealt with this issue. Microsoft need to fix this!

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
