Windows 10: Microsoft Store App Update Issue Something Unexpected Happened Code: 0x80070141

Smaller updates seem to go fine. However the store has detected two updates for MSFS2020 and Fallout 76 and both are failing with error Code: 0x80070141. I see the status changing from Acquiring Licenses to Downloading... Nothing downloads however and a few sec later it errors out. I have tried resetting cache, re-installing the store package, resetting it and other solutions I found on forums but no success. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
• Click Reset button and retest.
