Windows 10: Microsoft Store: Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly. (Code: 0x080070422)

I tried to install apps from Microsoft Store and this error code appeared.


I know that this problem has a common way to fix this problem by start the service of "window update" in manual or automatically. And even I've already start the service. It still said that Window Update is disabled.





So next thing I tried is try to do some Troubleshoot Window Updates. When it's done. It said that it fixed. But it still appear same error message.




So I don't know what to do with it. If someone can help me with this kind of situation. It would be very appreciate.

Hi,

I am trying to get some apps on my computer. I have Windows 10 and every time I try to download an app it says Couldn't Install. We'll retry shortly. It downloaded some apps before and it worked and then it stopped all of a sudden. I have reset the Microsoft store
app and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Lumia 650, we couldn´t connect to the update service

Hi,

Have a lumia 650 with Version 1511, OS build 10.0.10586.494 is this the latest version?

When i check for updates i get this: we couldn´t connect to the update service, we`ll try again later..

I have internet connection via WiFi and a microsoft account set up.
