Windows 10: Microsoft Store download is a bit odd for me

Hi
I purchased the Xbox game pass to play Sea of Thieves. The subscription ran out but I didn't uninstall the game. I recently repurchased the game pass and tried to launch the game but it did not work. I uninstalled the game and tried to re-install it but it still doesn't work. It just hangs around like this (refer to picture) for 20 minutes or so and then says it is ready to play. I try and open the game but my issue is not solved. I have tried using WSreset and clearing my files using the storage sense in settings.
Please help!

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
