Windows 10: Microsoft Store Download Issues.

I haven't seen a single solution that was able to solve my issue and I've been looking for a couple hours.


When I try to download/play games on the Microsoft store Windows 10 PC it comes up with this image




It all happened after my laptop bluescreened while playing minecraft dungeons, I restarted the game and no issues were presented, however trying to play or install anything on the windows store does not work.


I have restarted my laptop, used powershell, cmd, uninstalled dungeons and attempted to reinstall it, which is where this error message appeared. It also happens with other gamepass games though.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1:

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to resolve the issue of start menu.

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type Powershell
• Type the following 2 commands in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"}

• Close the Powershell window.
• Reboot,

Method 2: Run the app troubleshooter.

Method 3: Reset the Windows Store cache.

Follow the steps to reset the Windows Store cache

• Press Windows Key + R key.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter Key.

Your Windows Store cache will be reset. Check if the is resolved.
