Windows 10: Microsoft Store Error 0x80070070: My SSD is full but it won't let me download anything to...

I've checked all over the store app, and I can't find any option or setting to change to make it download to another drive.

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

Hi,

I am trying to download an app (FL Studio Mobile) from the Microsoft store on my Lumia 550:

Whenever I start the download, it continues until about 3MB before stopping and giving the error: 0x80070070.

Googling around suggests that this error is given when not enough disk space is available for the app.

My device has 4GB free according to the Storage settings menu however.

When trying to download apps to the 16GB SD card in my phone, the same happens, but with a different error code: 0x8007000B.

Please reply to the following questions to help you further:

• Have you installed Windows in SSD or in HDD?
  
• How are you moving the applications to SSD?
  
• What is the error code/message you get when the computer crashes?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps in the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Storeand see
if that helps in resolving the issue.

You can also, download the Chipset and Storage drivers from the manufacturer website of the motherboard and update them.
