Windows 10: Microsoft store error 0x80244018

A few months back we bought our son a game called Sea of Thieves from The Microsoft Store for Windows 10. It was quite large about 40G, but It downloaded after a day or too. He played it for a few months, but then got bored and uninstalled it. About a week ago he told us he wants to reinstall it, so we opened a the Microsoft Store and started the download. After about half an hour, he told us there was a message saying: "Error. Something went wrong. Give us a few minutes. We tried again and again and again. We have tried

• Resetting the Windows Store using wsreset.
• Logging in and out of the Microsoft account.
• Restarting the computer. Opening and closing the Windows store.
• Clear cache data using wsreset.
• Disabled the firewall.

Can anyone please help us? Our son is really sad and we have lost all hope.
