Windows 10: microsoft store error code

I trying to download microsoft bingo and i keep getting this error Code: 0x80D02017. It will download to 650kb and then i get checking file then that error comes up. I tried everything on found on the web like resetting the store. Everything else downloads fine. microsoft bingo downloads fine on my other laptop but this one it won't. I deleted old computer from my device on microsoft.com under my account.

I would suggest you to try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the

  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If you are using any Proxy connection, then try disabling the proxy connection and check.

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

• Click the Settings icon at the top right corner in internet explorer.

• Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
• Uncheck the box next to “proxy server for your LAN”.
• Click on OK to save the setting and close window.
