Windows 10: Microsoft Store Glitch

I was trying to download "State of Decay 2" and I am having a problem were the game got to the designated download amount then it continues to download. I stopped the download and started it up again and it continued from the same spot but with a higher estimated space requirement. So then I restated the computer and it again started from the same place and when I try to find the file memory I cant find it. What can I do?

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.
