Windows 10: Microsoft store Greyed out with !

I'm not sure what happened I was using my computer normally I noticed some of the games I was playing were lagging so I reset my computer hoping that would fix the problem. It did not, in fact, it made it much worse now the Microsoft store is greyed out with a !. I have tried resetting in the advance options, I have tried using PowerShell to reinstall the windows store, sfc/scannow, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, and a bunch of other things. I am getting really frustrated is there anyway i can fix this?

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

 

Microsoft Store

I downloaded Icloud from Microsoft Store but had to uninstall it. Icloud now shows in my Start Menu but not in the Programmes/apps list. I want to reinstall the app but the install button at the app store is greyed out. It just says 'you already own this
app'. Can anyone suggest how I can reinstall please? I've tried emptying the store cache but that did not work.

However, you can follow the step mentioned below to install the applications:

Method 1: Troubleshooting apps

You can follow the troubleshooting steps from
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and check if that helps.

Method 2: Re-registering the apps

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
3. Type the following command and hit Enter on the keyboard:
   
   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
4. Once the process is completed, restart the computer and open the applications.
