Windows 10: Microsoft Store is missing after clean reset

I had to do a clean reset of my laptop, I did it but several important apps are missing now. They include Microsoft Store, Skype, One Note etc. You see, I am unable to install Skype without Microsoft Store. It is a second reset I did during this week. I had a problem with exchange server, but finished with missing apps

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
• Click Reset button and retest.

Missing windows store

Are you signing in with a Microsoft User account or a local user account? As an initial step, we suggest that you
reset the Windows store cache. Here's how:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe in the Run command box, and then press
  Enter.
• Restart your PC, sign in with a Microsoft User account, and then check if you are able to find Windows Store.

Missing of Store & Camera

Please follow the methods mentioned below:

Method 1:

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.

  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

Method 2:

  You may try to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
