Windows 10: microsoft store is missing

hello!

i am facing an issue , quick responce should be appriciated.

currently i am using window 10 (1809) version. but after installing this version. some of the apps were not working properly like weather, mail and microsoft store. i tried the troubleshooter it showed an error "apps hanging and crashing not fixed". from the setting panel i chose advance options for each app and reset it but the problem cant be solved more over, now my microsoft store is not present either in menu or in the programes list.

Thank you for the reply and update.

  Are you signing in with Microsoft User account or local user account?
  

I suggest you to follow these steps and check if this helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
  

Restart the PC and sign in with Microsoft User account and check if you are able to find Windows Store icon.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?
