Windows 10: Microsoft Store Is not downloading games on my Windows 10

I am a Windows 10 user. I wanted to install Asphalt 8: Airborne on my Windows 10 .But When I press install it does nothing. Not even say anything.What do I do now ?My PC Specifications are compatible.What to do ? Any one can help?

My PC Specifications:

RAM: 4GB

Storage : 931 GB

Processor: Intel Core i3 3rd Gen 3220 3.20 Ghz

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
