Windows 10: Microsoft Store isn't able to update apps unless I am conected to the internet through an...

I have had this problem for a while now. I have tried using both my home WiFi and my guest WiFi but neither worked. I rarely have access to an Ethernet connection, and so not solving the issue isn't ideal for me. When I select the "Get Updates" button on the Microsoft Store, it shows a loading symbol for a couple of minutes before either stopping showing the symbol or showing a pop-up with the message " There was a problem at our end". On occasion, neither of these happen and the loading symbol is constantly there until I close the Microsoft Store.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.
