Windows 10: Microsoft Store loading non-stop / Can't download Minecraft Bedrock / Windows Update not...

Hello, i wanted to download Minecraft for Windows Bedrock Edition and it didnt work.So i opened Microsoft Store and it loads nonstop.This began today as i reset the app cause i couldn't use it. Every time i opened it, it gave a Error without code.Today i reseted Microsoft Store and now it's broken.I already run some Troubleshooting but it didn't help. It always showed there a safety settings missing.And the Update doesn't work too. I used the Assistant Tool from Microsoft already. Yes it updated my version but not fix my PC.Here some screenshots Sorry that it's on German / Image did

Minecraft Bedrock doesn´t load main menu

Help please My Minecraft Bedrock does not load the main menu and then it appears above that the global resources were not loaded previously and stays loading please, as I fix it

 

I dont see minecraft bedrock edition in the microsoft store

Help! I don't see bedrock edition on the Microsoft store, I searched Minecraft, bedrock and Minecraft bedrock edition. I don't know what to do now. I also don't know where to redeem my code
