Windows 10: Microsoft store not detecting hardware is this a bug?

for some reason microsoft store cant detect my hardware it was working fine a month ago and my pc did not update...

also evedence of this is i had minecraft installed even though the hardware was not detected but when i went to go install world of tanks blitz thats when the problem was noticed im sure when i installed minecraft the hardware WAS detected now it isnt and its stuck on my pc


note: a small thing that seemed strange is that this occured emedently after i installed the new microsoft edge could it be that just saying it could be a coincidence



help im wondering if this is a bug and how i can fix it

Windows phone is not detecting

I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
  
• Click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows store doesnt detect System hardware

You can try to perform a clean install but there is no assurance that the issue will be resolved if it really is a bug.

Try checking for Windows Updates and performing a repair upgrade instead. Below are articles for your reference:

Windows Store incorrectly detecting Laptop Hardware

Hi,

Wonder if somebody here can help as Microsoft Support have been useless. I've tried re-registering the Windows Store, creating a new user account, system restore and clearing the store cache - nothing works.

Quite simply the Windows Store cannot detect my processor architecture (64bit) or how much RAM I have (16GB) and this is preventing me installing many apps that stipulate these requirements.





Any help would be greatly appreciated.
