Windows 10: microsoft store not getting licenses, errorcode 0x80072EFD

while trying to fix this problem i ran "sfc scannow" and it found damaged files that it could not repair, here is the log

so what should i do to fix this?

if thats not a problem than here a a few things i tryed to fix the windows store problem

appdiagnosic10

wsreset.exe

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}
checked time/date


what should i do now?

i have no problems with Connection at all(i can watch youtube play online games etc) microsoft store can even update alrady installed apps, it just cant get past the aquireing license part while instaling a new app
