Windows 10: Microsoft Store not installing

My Microsoft Store is not installing anything suddenly. It's a new laptop2 months old. I had downloaded apps from MS earlier without any inconvinience , but now since past few days when I want to download anything, it says 'To download to your Xbox, it must be on or set to Instant-on, with automatic updates and purchases on, and have enough space', which is really weird since it is a gaming pc and not any Xbox.

I have tried :

1 resetteing the app.

2 troubleshoot

3 change the date and time, sign out of my account and sign in again, troubleshoot window store, and wsreset.exe, and everything that I got on the internet that seemed helpful, and here I am. Still not being able to install anything.

Uninstalled apps stuck "installing" in Microsoft Store (MSN News)

A corrupted Microsoft Store cache is one of the possible reasons why some apps are stuck in an "installing phase" when you try to uninstall them. We suggest that you try running the
Windows App troubleshooter to troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store cache. You can follow the steps below to reset the Microsoft Store cache:

• Press Windows + R keys to open the run
  command box.
• Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft Store and sign in.

Re-Installing the Microsoft Store

In this scenario we would suggest you to perform these steps to Reinstall and Re-Register all Windows apps for all accounts.

1. Press Windows + X key and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Copy and paste this command, then press enter:
   Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Close the PowerShell command and restart the PC.
   
4. Open Microsoft Store and install the game.

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check if you are able to open Microsoft Store and then install the game, refer this article to
create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
