Windows 10: Microsoft Store payment blocked

Hello,I had a problem with an unscrupulous game vendor Sniper Fury who continued to charge automatic payments through Microsoft Store after I attempted to cancel my account/payment, etc. After exhausting all means of getting them to cancel automatic payments phone, email, forum, etc I was left with only one solution: Cancel my card and block them from continuing to automatically charge my card. Unfortunately that meant blocking Microsoft Store. Since the merchant description included Microsoft Store.So today I tried to purchase Windows 10 Pro from the Microsoft Store and was back charged
