Windows 10: Microsoft store refuses to let me download from Canada Store

I am in Canada and logged into the Microsoft Store from my PC, i downloaded a free app TUBECAST VR and then tried to buy the app from with the TUbecast app but when i reach the payment option the only way to pay is with a us credit card.

I have formated my pc and tried again, to make sure my download came from Canada Store and it did, but it still requests us cc. so i can not buy or use the app.


Maybe it is possible the first download came from the US store and somehow microsoft store rremebers that and will not download the canadian app for tubecast vr.


the manufactuer is French nationals and have quit offering support , so i ask microsoft instead.


How do I reset my app history on *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account.
