Windows 10: Microsoft Store Roblox randomly freezes

Whenever I open the Roblox app from the Microsoft Store, the window freezes, but the times at which this happens varies each time I try to play it. Sometimes it happens seconds after I open the app, and other times it freezes after 5 minutes of playing. I've tried repairing and resetting the app multiple times, I've also uninstalled and reinstalled it many times as well. I've turned on Optimizations for windowed games and Game Mode, but neither seem to work. Windows and Roblox are up to date, and I've checked my graphics drivers too. I don't know how to proceed.Specs:Intel i5 12450HNVIDIA GeFo

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.

 

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.
