Windows 10: Microsoft Store - Scam/Bug/Or_Help

I reinstalled My OS with a usb. And now my transaction history and games are wiped from Microsoft store. I tried basically everything even went to them and they remoted my laptop. And they said "we can't find the transactions on our side either" so now I'm scammed out of 90$ because I bought sea of thieves a while ago and minecraft for windows 10 around 5 months ago. I tried all my emails nothing has it. And on the xbox companion app i even have achievements in both games. Tell me how to get these back. I spent 5 hours doing jack. - p.s. i'm sorry I sound a bit harsh I'm just frustrated.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
