    Microsoft store sign-in not coming up to make in-app purchase


    I was gone for a week, and when I turned my computer on yesterday, my Windows 10 updated. Now I can't make any in-app purchases on any of the games I play. The sign-in for the Microsoft store comes up as a blank white box. And of course, some of the deals are ending today. Doesn't matter what company the game is from, it does the same on all of them. Any ideas on this? Or can someone out there for Microsoft fix it please? I checked all the settings and nothing has changed unless the update changed them.Thanks!

    Hi Suzanne,

    There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
    • Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

    Update us with the result.
