Windows 10: Microsoft store stops downloading games when playing a different game

Hey guys I was wondering if there is an option I'm missing on the store on PC. Whenever I start up a game even if its not from the Microsoft store game. If I launch an offline game or mostly offline game on steam it will stop my Microsoft store game from downloading with no obvious way to restart it and have it work while I play something else.

• Do you face issue only while downloading games or even other apps from Windows Store?

Note: Basic information on Apps

• UAC (User Account Control) must be enabled.
  
• To access the Windows Store and to download and run apps, you need an active Internet connection and a screen resolution of at least
  1024 x 768.
• To snap apps, you need a screen resolution of at least
  1366 x 768.
• Make sure video card driver is updated.
• Make sure that Date and Time in your device is correct and up-to date.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Try clearing the Store Cache:

• Press the Windows key + R keys.
• In the Run window, type
  WSReset.exe and click “Ok”.

Step 2: Also I would suggest you to run
Windows Store Troubleshooter and check if it helps:

1. Type Troubleshooter in the
search bar and click on it from the list.

2. Click on view all and select
Windows Store Apps and click next.

3. Follow the onscreen instruction.

• Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen.
  
• Pull the right trigger to scroll down, and then press the A button to select My games & apps.
• Scroll right to the Ready to Install section.
• Highlight the game you want to install, press the A button on your controller, and then select Install.

Method 2: How to install a Game on Windows 10.

• Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
• On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
• In the Store, select Games from the menu.
• Browse to and select the game you want to buy or install.

If you already own the game, you can install it on your PC. Otherwise, select Install to download and install the game.
