Windows 10: Microsoft Store stuck at loading screen

After my Windows 10 1909 stopped working, I was forced to install Windows 11. But the requirements did not match. So I made modifications and installed it bypassing requirements. Everything was working fine. After some days I got an update of Microsoft Store with new UI/UX. Everything was working fine. After some days I tried to download WhatsApp Desktop. But it started to show Windows Update has been disabled. I tried everything. But Windows Update was stopped in Task Manager. It was not starting. So I tried resetting Microsoft Store but after resetting it stuck at loading screen. Please hel
